Put my Jag in for some front paintwork (most times a lamp post will win). This team gave me a quote, a drop-off time, and a uplift time (two days later); true to their word, I picked it up. No issues, no hassle, no grief. Thanks to the ops' in the workshop and at the desk - Lee, Lin(d)say-Ann and George. Could have went somewhere cheaper, but worth the attention to detail. Cheers all. If I could give no stars then I honesty would. 4 weeks to fix a dent. Delayed a week because they couldnt get stickers for the car, without even so much as a phone call. A text mesaage! A text message to tell me my car was going to be another week! The service is absolutely diabolical. The women at reception could not care any less, they are cheeky, bratty children. Their attitude is horrible. Mechanics standing around the workshop gabbing more time than doing work. Even when they claimed that the delay was 1 week for the stickers because they had to be specially measured, they let me see the car and it was not sitting there waiting for the stickers it had hardly been worked on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. For your own sanity.
Great service. Washed car inside and put as well which was a nice surprise when I picked it up. Customer service is excellent.Hope I never have to use them again, and I mean that in the nicest way possible.
