I have never had a problem with any of my doctors and the staff are very helpful
Had a very good experience today, all down to Dr Jack. She was extremely helpful, didn't try to fob you off, actually asked questions in order to determine what could be wrong and didn't make you feel like you were taking up too much time. She was also very informative on what the next steps would be and how to go about getting treated - I was pleasantly surprised and I would say that she is a great example of what a GP should be like with their patients.
I feel there is a lack of understanding of patients needs. While at this practice a person who really has an urgent problem is dealt with by phone yet in another practice he is seen in 3 hours
The doctors are good, been very helpful with my little one I have to say.I have been trying to book an appointment today and no one is answering the phone, unfortunately happens alot, each time you call you are ringing for around 2 minutes and then give up, i'm sure this isn't a free phone.My experience dealing with the treatment room staff wasn't great. Found them to be a bit rude.
Staff and GP's always very helpful an polite.. Been a patient of the surgery for many years and have always been very grateful for their ongoing help. Thank You.
