Been going to the hair chair for years but was a total shambles yesterday! Went in on Wednesday for a consultation to show colour I had wanted, then was unable to get that colour I had requested at the consultation. Other appointments were also taken in between and therefore I was in there for over 4 and a half hours with over an hour of that being sitting waiting on someone to cut or colour my hair, nightmare
