Very good for price. Atmosphere was quite during the day, but have been there also in the evening, and enjoyed both meals.
Always a buzzing atmosphere with very friendly staff. Food is always excellent and the freshest of ingredients always used. There are daily specials which normally always includes a fish dish. The food is authentic Italian as are the owners. A family run restaurant with a a very family friendly feel. I have 2 young children who are always made very wlecome. An all round great place to eat

We have visited Prego for years now, often at birthdays and other special occasions. It has always been easy to book a table in advance and on occasions we have turned up without a reservation we have been accommodated. The food served here is always delicious and the portion sizes are great, not too much or too little. The atmosphere is always great and the staff keep on top of everything even when fully booked. The menu is fairly priced for both food and drinks. One of the best places to eat in Carluke in my opinion.
